SENT WRONG COLOR

This was a birthday present for my best friend & you sent her the WRONG color. It was supposed to be Swedish blue & you sent her like a sky blue. VERY DISAPPOINTED

one piece missing

Dear Macys customers department, I am writing this review because only 4 piece of this shipment has arrived instead of five. Having been a customer of Macy's for more than 20 years, I think this is the first time the piece was missing. Also, yellow hand towel came as 4 pieces. If you check my order, I ordered 5 pieces for both hand towel. I cordially yet firmly demand that Macy's would take corrective action immediately. Thank you.

Awesome in store customer service

Ordered towels with the points I earned on a previous purchase. So 'free towels'. When I went to store to pick up the two staff working were polite and efficient. Really friendly and caring.
