Macy’s delivered used, washed, and shrunk item

Ordered extra pairs of my favorite shorts and Macy’s delivered two pairs highly wrinkled, no tags, that had been washed and dried at high heat so that they were permanently shrunk two sizes, the waists and all seams were bunched and gathered from the heat. Navy blue was even faded along the edges from wear.
