left by fence easy to steal in rain days!

I ordered an expensive watch for my husband to arrive after xmas cause we were outta town. Macys website said wouldnt arrive till Dec 29-30th but came on 23rd. They placed it very close to front fence where it could be stolen and sta in rain for several daysOur neighbor called me said people kept walk8 g by looking at it and he yelled at them then called us. Had him hold on to it for us till we came back. Made me very angry.
