Great Comfort and Style, Slightly tight from front

I really like these shoes overall. They are very comfortable and feel great to wear for long hours. The cushioning is soft and supportive, which makes walking or standing much easier on my feet. The design also looks nice and goes well with many outfits. The only small issue is that the front side feels a little tight. It's not too uncomfortable, but you can notice it especially if you have slightly wider feet. After wearing them for a while they start to feel a bit better. Aside from that minor tightness in the front, the shoes are great quality and very comfortable. I would still recommend them if you're looking for a stylish and supportive pair of shoes.

Shoe small

This item is way too small, trying to put the shoe on is difficult to slip on. Nice shoe style and color however it gives you a narrow squeeze fit. This is not what I expect for a Chelsea boot not to mention I bought a pair 2 years ago that fits so differently

Poor Service

I just want to say Macy’s has poor customer service and policy. I placed order late at night then next morning wanted to cancel order. It has not been shipped yet and everybody else I ever ordered thru if it hasnt shipped it can be canceled. I called customer service and they stated its past 30 mins to cancel but will send request to cancel order. Now either they didnt send message or their policy is to just let it ship and let customer return it. People change their mine after 30 mins. Now I have to wait to receive all my items which should of been shipped togetheir and i paid extra for but are coming different days. Then have to go to Macy and return all items when they could of just canceled the order. The items might be the best ever but bad service is bad service and now will never order again from Macys.
