Tommy Hilfiger coat debacle

Worst customer service provided by Tommy Hilfiger. I ordered this coat on Cyber Monday, December 1. This coat is shipped directly to the customer by Tommy Hilfiger, NOT Macy’s. Tommy Hilfiger sent me the WRONG coat in the WRONG size with no tags attached. I contacted Macy’s customer service for replacement with the correct coat and correct size that I ordered. I was emailed a return label to ship the wrong coat back to Macy’s. Macy’s received my return in 3 business days. 18 days since placing my order, I’m still waiting for Tommy Hilfiger to ship me the correct coat in the correct size. Macy’s customer service cannot seem to do anything to get me the correct coat. BOTTOM LINE, don’t order anything that is shipped directly from the manufacturer from Macys.com if you need it anytime soon.
