Terrible shipping

I ordered these on November 6th, finally received a shipping notice on November 11th and tracking shows nothing since they have shipped. Stuck somewhere?. Macy’s needs to do a better job at shipping . Not sure when I will receive theses if ever!!!!

Disappointed

They looked like a good supportive shoe, especially for me, recovering from a knee injury. I waited a long time until a size 9 in Black was back in stock. First of all, I didn't like the fact I was unable to pick them up in the store and they had to be delivered to my home. Secondly, upon receiving the shoes I tried them on and the leather is extremely hard and stiff and fit weird on my feet ! They started hurting my foot with me just sitting down trying them on so I cannot imagine trying to walk or keeping them on for any length of time. Although, they look cute and should be a comfortable flat for me these shoes are not and I can tell they will cause me to get blisters if I tried to wear them, so unfortunately I have to return them. Had they allowed the shoes to be delivered to the store, I could have checked them while at Macy's and returned them while still in the store.

Hard & runs big

Shoe is hard and runs big. I definitely needed to size down, but opted to return it because due to its stiffness, I don’t think it would’ve been comfortable.
