Poor Quality

Front center Inseam has a visible white whole, and these are brand new black boots. Purchased for a special occasion, but did not notice the whole until I tried on recently and it became visible. Told cannot return despite quality issues. Sky member so will call again, because they should at least exchange a new product that is defective.

These boots are so nice. Comfy sole the boot is true to fit I wear a 8 1/2 I ordered a 9 because a review said they runs small nope I have a lot of room but thick socks will help. I'm 5'4 and they comes right under my knees. I love these boots. I have the black 🖤

LOVEEEE THESE BOOTS

The nicest boots honestly they’re perfect for work and everyday wear they’re so comfortable. I’m a true size 7.5, but ordered these in a size 8 for a comfier fit!
