incomplete item

ordered an ice bucket with the stand for my husband for Christmas, waited 10 days for the item to arrive and turns out it was missing the stand, checked my order and returned it right away. Its 2 days away from Christmas and now I have to figure something out. Macys needs to hire people that do their job right..we pay for our stuff nothing if free so the least we expect is to receive the right and complete items.. If I could give zero rating I would
