Easy set up and great workout.

It was pretty easy to set up and I like the instructional videos. The only thing negative was that I got so caught up in improving my fitness that I went to hard to fast and injured myself. My fault! I had to take a week off but I can’t wait to get back to it.

Opening and closing this piece of equipment

Extremely hard to open and close this piece of equipment. I find opening and closing it dangerous at times.

Surprisingly Good

This unit is very robust for the price, and at a 375 lb weight limit you can add some weight plates on the bar without worry (bar is optional), to increase resistance. You can really flow through many different exercises in half the time and have a lot of fun doing it. These units are no joke, and you can reach most fitness goals with one of these.
