The weight bar allows me to add weight at level 12
I was very happy to see that there was a way to add weight to my workouts without having to purchase a new total gym that went above level 12. This weight bar gives me the opportunity to add more weight to my leg and core workouts which can be a real game changer!

Retainin Clips Should Have Been Provided
Bar is sturdy and will hold weights as designed. Small issue was the retainer end clips that I bought (1") barely fit on the ends. Although they worked, it made removing the weights or adding them to be somewhat inconvenience because of the time it took to remove or add them.

Great little weight bar!
I don't own a Total Gym so I just use it for regular weightlifting. It's great for light weights. It's very lightweight. I have nothing else to say lol

Didn’t Fit
Unfortunately it didn’t work for my Equipment due to the Size spec. My son explained that the bar doesn’t fit all Systems. Make sure that you use it correctly (to avoid injuries)

Just a metal bar…
I think I misunderstood what I was getting when I chose this product. Although the original post did say that it comes with no clips or weights, I thought this was your standard weight bar that weights could be added on. I didn’t understand that it is a piece to an exercise system that I don’t own therefore it does me absolutely no good and only serves as a random metal bar. On top of all that, it is much shorter and lighter than your typical weight bar so it would be difficult to use for much of anything without the machine. The bar itself, however seems to be good quality metal chrome that will not bend or dent easily. Maybe I should consider getting the Total Gym home unit so that I have a use for this thing.

Great addition to your total gym
Easy way to increase intensity to your workouts without needing to buy a whole new machine. Used for total yum it weighs 90lbs and it is chrome. Highly recommended!

Very light
Was a little confused when I got the bar as it is so light weight. I don’t have the clips to put weights on but I’m sure this bar could hold at least 20 pounds but wouldn’t want to go too heavy. Can see the benefit but useless on its own.

Must Have Accessory
The weight bar took my Total Gym Evolve to a whole other level. I had over 100 lbs on each side and it worked flawlessly.
