Amazing

I made oxtails in this pan, it was amazing. I have a couple of theses pots and pans, wish I would of bought the set, the 10 inch skillet is excellent.

Thin, light weight pan

Purchased to replace another hard anodized saute pan that lasted 15 years. This one is thin and light weight. Time will tell how it performs but I dont have high hopes.

This pan made me a better cook.

I love this pan. Although it is heavy, it heats evenly and the food cooks great. My cooking has improved just by using this pan! I also noticed that the lid handle doesn’t get too hot to touch.
