Great pan!

Went from so excited to so disappointed

I wanted a nice stainless steel fry pan to get away from the non-stick pans, so I bought this pan. I was so excited - couldn't wait to fry / cook in it!!! But I was so disappointed. I do a slow simmer with water for meat for tendernes and it boiled over the side of the pan and stuck to my smooth top stove. I tried 2 more times with the same results. So I plan on returning my dream fry pan.
