Good pan

I like the quality of this pan. The ten inch size is just right for me. I have only two complaints. First, it is a little hard to pour cooked food from the pan into a bowl, partly because of the weight of the pan and partly because of the shape of the handle. (I have weak hands, so many others might not have these problems. I just scoop the food out with a spatula or a large spoon.) Second, the area around the attachment of the handle, inside and out, is a little difficult to keep polished, even using Barkeepers Friend and plenty of elbow grease. This, however, is more cosmetic than anything else. Apart from these minor problems, I find the pan heats up quickly and evenly on my gas stove. I have enjoyed cooking a number of dishes in it. Except for the areas around the handle attachment, it cleans up very nicely, and continues to look almost like new. It is an attractive piece of cookware, as well as being a useful addition to my kitchen.

Perfect pan!

Excellent pan

I bought the 8" and 10" pans. They are a good quality, heavy duty pan that I would definitely recommend. Good craftsmanship. The only drawback is the sides are a little high for flipping over a grilled cheese sandwich.

Everything sticks to this pan no matter what I have done. Don't dare trying to fry an egg in it!!!
