Extremely disappointed

I used this pan per the instructions included on Medium heat and the food immediately stuck and would not release. The pan now has shadow marks/discoloration. I tried it a second time and agin food stuck and more shadow marks/discoloration appeared as well as what looks like a small burn mark on the pan bottom. I wanted to love this pan but it doesn’t work for me. I have Farberware pans over 35 years that NEVER stick and are a breeze to clean. I needed a larger size and thought this would work well but I am really very disappointed.

A decent pan, but do your own research

It’s a great pan with a good seer, but it already has heat stains without being overheated and only a handful of usages

Tramonia blew it on this one

I was really looking forward to using this, I have purchased some other Tramonia products. When I received my skillet I read the packaging instructions and sent it back immediately. If I wanted a skillet that I can’t get screaming hot, I wouldn’t buy stainless. I already have nonstick skillets that I can’t bc sear in. Why would I buy a stainless skillet that cooks like my nonstick

A complete set

Nice addition to my 8 and 10" Fry Pan. Like my other pans, heat distribution is great and there is no need to use a temperature above medium to medium high or you take the risk of overheating the pan and your food.
