Excellent material!

I’ve been switching all my non-stick pans for stainless steel pans; this one is sturdy, heats evenly and works perfectly on my glass top stove and on the induction stove.

All Clad vs Tramontino.

I make 24 quarts of seafood gumbo every January. I use a 16 Qt. All Clad and your 16 Quart Tramontino. I honestly can’t tell the difference. The same exact results. This purchase is for a friend’s Christmas gift.

Let Down

Disappointed the bottom does stick ? whole purpose bought was it said triple protection non stick base?
