12 Quart Stainless Steel Covered Stock Pot

I am very happy with my purchase. I use this primarily to make soups and stocks. It is the perfect size to hold all ingredients without overcrowding and it conducts heat very well. It cleans up very well and I have not noticed any scorching or discoloration.

All Clad vs Tramontino.

I make 24 quarts of seafood gumbo every January. I use a 16 Qt. All Clad and your 16 Quart Tramontino. I honestly canā€™t tell the difference. The same exact results. This purchase is for a friendā€™s Christmas gift.

It seems to be made from quality material, very sturdy. I havenā€™t used it as yet so I cannot say too much on functionality.

Its SPECTACULAR

Purchased online. I only knew Tramontina was a good brand - I wasnā€™t hands-on familiar with the line. Woah. This is a heavy, solid, well-made, beautiful, huge pot. I purchased it mainly to make Boiled Dinner and Iā€™m about to drop a 10# pork butt in. It will very easily fit the pork, potatoes and veggies, no problem. And I have a bunch of bones that have been taking up space in my freezer waiting to become a delicious bone broth.
