The Truth !!!

This is a very good suit case set I was skeptical of the shell look as far as material but this is not a bad look at all very nice set up including the wheels

Service was abysmal.

Delivery date changed after order was made. Scheduled one week later which was after our trip. I spoke with someone to change the order to store pickup and thought everything was set. Next day received shipping info. Customer support denied any knowledge or ability to do this. They also do not keep logs of customer support transactions. The luggage was delivered while we were traveling internationally. Very unfortunate. Will likely return luggage if it is still on our porch when we return.

Broke before even used

Purchased this for a Christmas present. Partner went to pick it up to move, handle broke first time he grabbed it. I couldn’t believe it. Poor quality! Such a waste of money we are so bummed.

Luggage

Nice looking luggage but a wheel was broke and it was for my mother in FL for Christmas. Easy return except they were going to go to her house for pickup but haven't got a return label for ups to come to the house yet. That is kinda disappointing since she is an elderly women with a walker. It is hard for her to return items to ups stores when items are bulky and damaged.
