DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This is the WORST luggage set that I have ever purchased. One trip and it's dented. My sister purchased the same set in a different color and hers looks even more damaged. This was not worth the small price I paid , due to a sale, as I could have invested in a better set ( which I intend to do with another company). Please look at the reviews before you purchase. Pretty colors, horrible quality unless you are only using this for road trips or as a carry on. It will NOT hold up for checked luggage.

Great Set! Zippers can get sticky

Sturdy outer shell on the rolling bags. This set has a carry on size and smaller checked bag size. Great for 1-2 people. The smaller bags are handy for organization. The cloth and hard shell have stayed clean for several car trips. Wheels are smooth rolling. Only downsize is the zippers - they tend to catch and require two hands to get them undone.

Lack of Service Lack of Delivery Macys is Lacking

Macy' you have not delivered the suitcases which I ordered on December 30th. On Dec 31 I got a message that the cases would be delivered in 3 to 6 days. It is now January 8th. You deserve no stars

Luggage

I ordered an Austin 4 piece set of luggage for my granddaughters Christmas gift but when she opened it there were only 2 pieces of luggage in box. I took it back to Macy’s store, they were kind enough to take it back & re-order the set for me. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. She checked today for me & said I should receive it in another 5 days.
