Handle and zipper get caught

On the first use of the suitcase, the button to push the handle up/down got caught every time. So did the zipper. Hard to use.

Missing TWO items

I did not receive the toiletry bag or the carry on bag. Only TWO items were in the box. There weren't any additional items inside the cases.
