Buy for the Product, Not the Customer Service”

Here is a **more assertive three-star review** while still keeping it fair and clear: --- The luggage set itself is acceptable, but the overall buying experience was extremely frustrating. I ordered on December 1, 2025 and didn’t receive the product until December 10, 2025. That kind of delay is unacceptable for a simple shipment. What made the situation worse was the customer service—easily some of the worst I’ve dealt with. I could not get a straight answer from anyone, and every interaction felt like I was being ignored or brushed off. The luggage does its job, but the terrible shipping process and unhelpful customer service overshadowed the purchase. Buyers should be prepared for potential delays and a lack of support.

Luggage that

I have not received the luggage yet yet, I have filed a complaint with PayPal and have not heard anything back. I ordered two luggage sets a hard shell set, and a soft shell set. I received the soft shell a week ago and have no information on the hard shell. Please help me.!
