This set is exactly as described. I bought the set to take on Icelandair as it meets their size limits. It is even better than expected. The wheels roll very well. Plenty of room to pack everything for a week long trip. The colors are true to the photos as well.

Disappointed in the shipping of the product.

The item itself is great! Super cute but this was a gift for someone and it shipped directly in the luggage’s box so the gift now looks old and I had to spend time picking off 2 UPD shipping labels. Why would Macy’s not put this inside a shipping box?

It’s very sad to look forward to an adorable luggage set only to receive an opened used set instead of a new unused set. I intend to give this set as a gift. I expect more from Macy!

Very Disappointed

I ordered this set for my daughter to travel soon and I was very disappointed when I open the box. The backpack and the lunchbag was missing and the inside zipper is defective.
