Long wait!

Ordered this the first time on December 9th. Did not arrive. Said it was lost. Ordered a second time to have it for Christmas and promised on December 26. Now tracking says January 6th. I will be sending back. Very disappointed.

Wheel issues

I bought this suitcase right before a trip, and was excited to use it. The color and packing volume are great but it doesn’t move smoothly when upright. It feels very unbalanced and tips/leans forward, making it difficult to steer/maneuver.

Easiest suitcase for travel!
