Nice lightweight travel bag

Great bag for traveling and touring. Lightweight and comfortable across my shoulder. Perfect size for the essentials when traveling but not to big to weigh you down.

Horrible customet service

I was purchasing this to send to a different address. I did not see any way to do that. The purchase was made and I was looking to send to a different address and the site did not offer that. So I looked up the customer service phone number and called. It took over 22 minutes for them to answer and I was told that they could not change the address. I will attempt to cancel the order. NOT HAPPY.
