Lovely Security Handbag

This bag was the closest style I could still find available to my previously purchased Travelon bag. My previous was large, black. This is medium,grey. Not all the same amenities but will be lighter weight and work well for my travel needs. Very satisfied with purchase.

Very disappointed to which is not what I ordered for

Love it but not quite what I expected!

The bag itself is perfect and exactly the type of crossbody I’m looking for my upcoming vacation. Unfortunately the bag I received and labeled as “East-West Hobo” did not match the picture…it had more zippered pockets (which I need) and the one sent only had one. Also the color choice was “blue” and the one sent was really more of a greenish-blue…not like all of the other blue Travelon bags that are more navy.

Item received not i ordered

Ordered east west hobo 2 zipper front,but received different design with 1 long zipper.Disappointed.

Different purse

Item shipped is not as pictured. I received a different purse with one front long zippered pocket instead of 2 pockets. The purse is smaller and looks cheap. This is Macy's or vendor error?

Not as pictured

Item shipeed is not item pictured. I tried 2 orders. Both times I received a differnt style purse. The style I received has one long zipper pouch (outside)instead of 2 pouches. And I think this wrong style is also a bit larger. This makes the purse look cheap and sloppy. Macys was extremely accomodating in trying to get me the purse as pictured. This ships from vendor, so I think it is a vendor error; vendor has not updated photo for Macys.
