The security flap is hard to open if you have arthritis, which we do. That was the reason we bought a smaller version of a backpack. The material is good and is easy to clean. There is not enough room in the backpack, I thought it would be a little bit bigger than that. Overall appearance is very good. It looks like it is sturdy. Cathy Bowlin
