Not as pictured

I already own this bag and like it so much I wanted to get another. I am, however, disappointed that the hardware is gunmetal gray instead of silver as shown in the picture. Macy's needs to get their act together. I ordered 4 items and two were not described or shown correctly.

This bag was way to small for me. It did not fit my phone, eyeglasses, shades etc.

Would not travel without Travelon!

I NEVER travel without Travelon. Love the crossbody bags especially; the steel cables that run thru the straps are great; an extra feeling of security when in airports or train stations, even malls. Also, RFID feature; so many styles and colors to choose from - LOVE IT ALL!

Not for Me

Unfortunately, I’ll be returning this phone pouch. I specifically purchased it due to the gold hardware in the picture. I was bummed upon receiving it to find it has shiny dark grey hardware. Otherwise, it’s a perfect size for your phone, ID, cards, etc.

Just Right

Suffering from back pain, I needed to downsize the amount of weight I was carrying in my shoulder bag. The cross body changed the distribution of the weight and is much smaller. I was able to still fit the necessities and haven't missed all the unnecessary things I always carried. No more pain but love this bag and won't change it.

Not as pictured

just got this purse in mail tonight and I’m SO disappointed!!! The hardware is dark grey metal including the zipper. I ordered it for travel to go with my Tumi bag which has gold hardware and a similar black material. The shipping also took a very long time to get. Now I have packing it up to return....guess I’ll shop elsewhere. :/
