I was hesitant to purchase this bag, but when it was on sale I did so. It’s a great purchase! Perfect for vacations/days out, especially with small kids when you need to pack wallet, snacks, water, keys, sunscreen, spare hat, etc.

Ordered online and disappointed to have received a returned item, even has a ticket attached stating ‘DAMAGE Take to Damage Collection Area to process.’ Feels horrible to receive a damaged product thank you for the great service.

have purchased this for daughter. she used it for 6 years for school and also on her travels. . this is a good size bag to carry a laptop and or anything everyday. i purchased a second one to replace the first one. it still looks good but a little worn . Great product for school, travel, etc

Great backpack but only wish it had a luggage sleeve or strap to slip on a rolling carry-on.

Smaller than I anticipated but comfortable to wear. I appreciate the discrete and practical design. It has already traveled with me cross the Atlantic and transitioned well from the office to drinks and dinner.

I love everything about this backpack except the straps. when you adjust the length the excess length just hangs down in front and looks sloppy. No way to neatly tuck them up except wraps around the sides. if that doesn’t bother you I would recommend. .
