Wheels don’t swivel

I was disappointed to find that the wheels are not the swivel type that I expected, I guess I should have read the specs better.

Not the product… Macys

Don’t advertise “shop with confidence” and “ ‘x’ amount of days for Christmas delivery” (literally from their website homepage) if it won’t be delivered until 12/29. Ordered the bag on 12/18. Had to purchase elsewhere and received it within two days. Customer service not helpful and still have to deal with Macys return.

Trusty travel companion

This bag is excellent. The design, quality of fabric and zippers, and glide of the wheels are top notch. The only reason for 4 not 5 is that the size is just smaller than other carry ons I’ve had and the packing cube divider is a bit useless (though the compression straps are nice).
