Nice suitcase but smaller than stated dimensions

Purchased the travel pro suitcase to use on a trip to Europe. It was buy online and pick up in store. The choice was made based on the size stated on the website as I needed a larger size than I currently have. When we got home and measured the suitcase, it was smaller than the dimensions listed online. Planning to return it today although it is a very nice suitcase.

Under seat bag

I ike my underseat bag. I use it on flights and I have access to it during the flight to bring out things, such as for reading and eating. I had a hard time finding something low enough to fit under the seat in front of me and also short enough to not project past the seat in front of me.
