Wheels don’t swivel

I was disappointed to find that the wheels are not the swivel type that I expected, I guess I should have read the specs better.

Not the product… Macys

Don’t advertise “shop with confidence” and “ ‘x’ amount of days for Christmas delivery” (literally from their website homepage) if it won’t be delivered until 12/29. Ordered the bag on 12/18. Had to purchase elsewhere and received it within two days. Customer service not helpful and still have to deal with Macys return.

A sensible efficient well made piece of luggage.

Travel pro bag is very handy; holds my laptop, iPad, electronic cables and plenty of room for clothing enough for one night stay. It rolls easily but doesn’t swivel (only downside). Fits under the middle seat on Southwest Airlines but otherwise goes in the overhead easily. It’s perfect for me.

We used the carry-on immediately

We used the carry-on immediately after receiving. The carry-on has a stylish design, plenty of room to hold all items needed for short trips and is lightweight. And, the wheels are soooo smooth… turns on a dime! We are so pleased to have purchased this carry-on (we purchased two). We definitely recommend!

Superb overnight bag

I was lucky to get this bag on sale and it was so worth it! This is extremely well made and holds so much more than I thought it would. I can pack all my essentials for an overnight trip easily and it's a breeze to wheel through the airport. The compact size is great and it stows comfortably under the seat. Definitely recommend for business travel!

Great Carry on

Two trips in and it's a great bag so far. If the top front pocket was easy to get into it would be five stars, zipper buried behind in the gap is hard to get the pocket to open. Better depth than the Pro version. Inner organizer is great, wish it zipped or something to stay in place better.
