Metal corner pulled away

Hello. On my first trip I took an hour long flight was surprised and disappointed that something appears to have caught the reinforced metal corner and pulled it out away from the bag. Now I am nervous that something unexpected will easily catch in the new gap that isn't supposed to be there and pull the metal further out and cause more damage to the bag.

Best luggage ever

We recently upgraded from samsonitw hardside and I wish we’d done it sooner. The wheels glide so smoothly! I cannot believe how light and easy it is to manuveur with this luggage. 10/10 highly recommend!

Best luggage I’ve owned, but…

I’ve previously owned luggage from all the major brands, and TravelPro is the best. But, I really do wish it had a handle on the bottom (I’m sure you’ve heard this before).

Nice bag yet hard to carry

I like the inside of this suitcase quite a bit and it rolls so nicely. However, it’s awkward to carry and move as there aren’t handholds on both ends. I knew that I would need to carry my baggage up three flights of stairs on a trip and took another bag with several handholds instead of this one.
