Disappointment

I’ve been a travel pro luggage user for over a decade. I feel like the quality of this bag gets worse and worse as the years go on. I’ve also never used any of the warranties and this is at least my fourth version of this bag. this may be my last bag purchased with your company.

Not good

This did not work for me at all. The wheels are not on spinners so you need to carry it down the aisle. When you roll it, it hits you in the heals. Zipping is anything but with the side flaps. Appreciate that there’s lots of positive reviews for this bag, but I’m not a fan.

Second one first lasted 245 flights

Great Bag

This bag is built very well holds a large amount of clothes and items. I have used it to hold hanging items that traveled with just a small amount of wrinkles and three pair of shoes. It handles and rolls well. It is a terrific purchase well worth the price.
