The sleeve is ingenious for security and ease of use. The quality of the tote fabric and compartmentalization is very good. Regarding the size, the tote does not fit under all airline seats, depends on the airline.

Reduction to quality weakens design

The new premium elite tote bag design has dropped in quality and standard when compared with the last model and the soft side luggage from the same line. The floppy handles can be annoying to use once you’ve used the shorter/sturdier ones that were once used. Some hardware has been removed from the new model and the fabric is thinner and overall not as nice. I love travel pro brand and own every piece in the platinum elite line including the hard shell pieces and the the soft side, but this new tote is a miss for me. The color of brown I Doesn’t event match %100
