Durable and Colorful

Excellent wear. Easy to wheel. I have been on 6 trips so far where I checked this bag and not a scratch on it. Love the color and durability. Nice roomy inside with one zipper side with storage pockets.

Lightweight but poor quality.

This suitcase is lightweight and easy to roll but the quality is poor. I don't have any confidence in its longevity.

Zipper malfunction

Used the carryon for the first time and the zipper wouldn't work. Every time I tried to zip the case closed, it would leave a gap where the teeth didn't catch. It was frustrating bc I bought the carryon for this trip. I missed the return window and now I am stuck with it!! UGH!

You won't regret purchasing this luggage.

Purchased this luggage to help me avoid over packing so avoid check bag fees. It worked perfectly on a recent trip and looking forward to using it again this month. It is designed for efficient packing and is light weight. I purchased it when it was on sale and got a real deal!

Scratches easily

The suitcase is very nice. Although, I just used it for the first time and it arrived after my flight with a big scratch. So, not scratch resistant which is a big disappointment.

Disappointed Macy’s Shopper

I choose TravelPro because of it’s reputation for durability. I looked into the Warranty and was disappointed to know that TravelPro does not provide warranties for luggage created for Macy’s. I was extremely upset. Does that mean the quality is not the same?? Very upsetting!!!

POOR SHIPPING

Received the box cut opened already and have tried to taped it back very poorly. Either I have received an already returned item or someone kid has tried to package and ship it. Very poorly put together. I am not sure if I am going to return it or keep it yet since I have just got it and am very upset.
