I really like TravelPro but…

I have the full set of Travel Pro and was excited about adding this underseat bag to my collection. Unfortunately, as soon as I tried to unsnap the “hanger pouch” on the inside, the snaps broke off. So, I had to return it.

Very nice bag

This is the perfect compliment to my Travelpro carry on spinner. I was surprised at how much I could fit inside. This alone would be perfect for a 3 day getaway. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend this bag.

Dangling Zipper Handlers

The TravelPro luggage I purchased replaced a similar piece which was irreparably damaged by the airline baggage personnel I believe in part because of the dangling handles attached to the zippers which caught onto something and broke the shackles to which the lock was attached and ripped tithe entire assembly from the luggage. The luggage is great but I recommend that the dangling attachments to the luggage be replaced with less large handles for those of us who check baggage versus carry on.

Junk Warrantee

Had a broken wheel. Sent in all the documentations needed for the warrantee. They emailed back with video instructions on how to replace wheel and $27 in shipping fees. What a joke I told them. Basically, scamming you into paying for the wheels by inflating the shipping fees. Don't buy. Broke after 1 use. Wrong Dimensions Listed

Exterior dimension: 23"H x 14.5"L x 9.5"W Is what’s listed and is what I wanted. Unfortunately, it is 2 inches smaller all around
