Missing/duplicate pieces

Ordered online, took awhile to receive. Puzzle had duplicate pieces and missing others, couldn’t even complete the boarder which I always do first. Reached out to seller who was quick to initially respond, but never received a resolution. Returned item and will not be ordering again, even though I’m sure they are not all like this one. Was also disappointed in the coloring of the pieces, were not as vibrant as pictured online.
