Doesn't work at all

I purchased this trexonic stereo because I have a specific immediate need for all functions. it doesn't work at all! Turn table doesn't turn, tape players don't work, cd player doesn't play. the radio has no sound I was able to set the clock but I don't need the clock I need functioning equipment. occasionally I can hear a slight faint crackle from a speaker but that's it. Help!!!! I don't want to have to return but I can't contact anyone for possible rectification no I do not recommend this product
