Terrible experience.

Terrible shipping time frames, unable to confirm orders, terrible online chat customer service, terrible phone, customer service. Overall very disappointed and will not be shopping at Macy’s any longer.

Soft and Comfy

This cotton sheet comes in a bunch of neutral color options. I got the grey one which goes very well with our bedroom theme. It is easy to wash without much effort and without damage. However, keep in mind it is oversized and may not fit perfectly on Queen size bed. I got it to use on our weird sized mattress and it looks good on it.

Heavy weight and wrinkles

It is nice duvet however way too heavy despite having a summer weight duvet insert. Also the duvet cover needs to be ironed and wrinkles easily.
