Difficult bookshelf
The bookshelf is very nice looking but extremely difficult to put together, and not well engineered as a piece of it broke right off during the assembly process because it was only attached to the frame on one side. It should arrive in 2 boxes because the single box was extremely heavy and difficult for the average person to even move around, let alone get up 3 flights of stairs to the apartment.
