Not as appeared on the picture

Had missing pieces and not as solid as it appears on the picture. I had to return it for more than a month and I still didn’t have my money back!

Terrible experience!

Desks get shipped through a thrid party unresponsive seller, Ordered 2 desk, one of them arrived damaged, and I'm still unable to return one of them because seller has not contacted me. Macys will not issue a refund, customer service keeps putting a request for seller to contact me in order to move forward with return but seller still hasn't reached out, every time I call I get told the same thing, seller will contact you in 5 bussines days and they never do! I am tired of this waiting game and getting the run around. Buyers be aware!
