Wheels break off

Macy’s salesperson recommended the Trips 2.0 26” luggage especially with the Hinomoto wheels. A wheel broke off on 2 sets of the wheels after only a few times using the luggage. Customer service does not respond and Macy’s does not back the purchase. Do not buy luggage or luggage from Macy’s.

Pretty but fragile!

Totally agree. Have used this luggage on car trips without issue, but first flight the bag cracked. Totally unacceptable.

POOR quality, DO not buy!

This is poor quality luggage. DO NOT BUY. Both my pieces in my set cracked in different ares showing this product is poor quality after 2 uses. The areas where they cracked are not due to travel but actual defects in this product and demonstrate poor craftsmanship. Whatever you do, do not buy any TRIPS luggage. I would be happy to submit pictures but it seems TRIPS does not care.

Cracked after one trip . Warranty does not cover it . Had gifted it to someone last year and they had the same experience

Not Worth the Price

Cracked after less than a year of use. The batter pack doesn't hold a charge either. Very surprised by this for the price point. You are better off with another brand.

No Battery included

Says it comes with a rechargeable battery. But it didn't. Very disappointed.

nice color.. mad i didnt get the charging port

have not used it yet.. love the color very sad my charging port was not in there and no one seems to have one to put in. very upset about this.

So in love with my luggage.

I’m really impressed with this luggage. Has a charging port, lightweight, easy to maneuver. Available in so many colors and sizes. Just right for weekends and carry on for the plane. Has a combination lock. I’m very happy with my luggage. Economically priced
