Very disappointed. It looks I received product that was returned by some else, This is too heavy so very difficult to return but I wouldn’t from Macy’s to ship product in such a way.

Super Comfortable

We got this as a mattress topper for a water bed. The foam pad that came with the bed was old and uncomfortable. We were going to get a new mattress, but this mattress topper solved the problem and now the bed is incredibly comfortable.

Therapedic TruCool beats them all.

I first used the Therapedic TruCool 3” topper about 7 years ago through Bed Bath, and Beyond. It was awesome for 7 years, so I decided to give it a try now that it is at Macy’s. It’s still AWESOME! Everyone reading should understand, I did a direct comparison between this topper and the Lucid 4”. The Lucid is well made and better packaged but sleeps horribly hot. The Therapedic TruCool has ugly packaging and needs to off gas an unpleasant smell, but is by far and away my go to topper. It’s soft and forgiving to pressure points but recovers faster than most memory foams so you don’t end up in a hole. It’s twice the cost of Lucid 4” but worth every penny.

Ripoff

I had previously wrote a review but no longer see it here and now I see these reviews that are paid. So, I want to make sure my review can be seen. This is uncomfortable and macys did not refund me for it even after I returned it and called several times. I’ve never had a Bad experience with a refund because I normally don’t return items but this experience really made me think that macys online items are not worth the headache.

Topper Saved Our Mattress

We love this topper! Our mattress was getting uncomfortable & we couldn't decide on a replacement. Buying this topper made our mattress very comfortable. This was a great purchase. Now we have more time to figure it out.

Very pleased with my purchased

We have a king size bed with two twin mattresses. My husband’s mattress topper he had previously before the one purchased from Macy’s got lumpy so we replaced it. He has had back problems for years. He also struggles with insomnia. The new Macy’s mattress topper has not cured his issues but his back pain has improved and his insomnia has also improved. We highly recommend the twin sized mattress topper we purchased. The king size mattress topper was purchased for a Christmas gift so I am not able to recommend until after Christmas. The Bose speaker is awesome and has a wonderful sound.
