too firm for me

I had done a lot of reading about memory foam pillows as most are quite firm… several people had recommended this one as having a uniquely softer feel. I love the pillow cover and the cool feel of this one. And initially I was impressed by the feel I of the memory foam, but by the middle of the night my head was aching. Gave it a few more days, each with the same result. It seems over time the manufacturer has switched to a firmer configuration. The search continues.

Very firm pillow, not good if you neck issues

I wouldn't say this is a bad pillow per se, since it has a good height for side sleeping and might work for some, but I found the pillow too firm for my tastes and it was uncomfortable for my problematic neck whenever I rolled over onto my back during the night, trigger stiff necks and migraines.

Better than others I’ve tried

Over the last 3 years I have purchased a multitude of pillows to prevent neck pain. So far this pillow has helped me. When I first used it, I thought finally I found the right pillow. However, it flatten out in the middle shortly thereafter but not too bad. Better than others, and believe me I’ve tried many, many pillows.

It’s comfy

This is a very comfortable pillow and is now part of my bedding. I like the support it offers and I would compare it to a softer version of my temperpedic pillows

Great support.

I LOVE THIS PILLOW! I like pillows and mattresses that are sturdy.. not so soft. This one is awesome. It provides great support for my neck. The only thing is that it wish is was thicker, to my taste it is on the thin side. Other that that, I love it. I have struggled to find a pillow like this for years.
