We ordered this purse twice but finally got it!!!

The initial order was lost in the mail it was a Christmas gift but we never received it. It took a while to get a refund. I placed another order and I finally came almost a month later. I felt the items should of been free off the neglagence of shipping and Macy's. I would never order anything off Macy's.com again!!! Horrible!!!

Do I have thoughts? Yes several. I ordered this on the 19th. It said I would receive it in 3-6 days. Today is the 29th..still no purse. My daughter only asked me for two things for Christmas and this was one of them. It's still not here..still somewhere in California. So not only did it ruin her Christmas but also as an added bonus she now thinks I'm a liar. Thanks for that.
