Never again!

Purchased the bag for my daughter but she didn’t want it. I returned the bag to macys on 9/23 and it’s 10/10. The bag is a market place item which means it’s a third party seller. Macys said the third party has to process the refund. I sent an email to the seller and didn’t get a response. I will never buy a market place item again. This is ridiculous!
