Macy’s online bad

I ordered a denim purse. It was the only place I could find one. They shipped it the day after I ordered it and I waited and waited and waited. Finally after 15 days I contacted MACY’s because I still hadn’t received it. They had lost my order. They didn’t even try to track it to see if they could find it to deliver it to me. What’s the use of a tracker number if they don’t use it?!
