Shipping too slow

I purchased this garment steamer Nov. 29. As of Dec. 9, according to UPS tracking, it will be delivered Dec. 16. This contradicts the estimate I received from Macy's of "3 to 6 business days." Based on that estimate, it should have been here by now. I think it's unacceptable for shipping from the west coast to the east coast to take over two weeks and I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known it was going to take this long to be delivered. I can't comment on its quality because I have yet to receive and use it.
