Thoroughly disappointed

I have purchased this brand before and absolutely loved the sling bag that I used for over two years. This sling bag broke after 2.5 months. The zipper splits open, and my items fall out. Macys would not stand behind the bag. Add to this, that I was originally sent the wrong bag, had to return it, and they are still unwilling to help.
