Too heavy and the material is not soft

The backpack is too heavy for me. I am 5'2 ft tall. I also find it too burdensome to open. Plus, when I am wearing it, the straps bother my skin from where the straps touch my skin when I am wearing a sleeveless top. I love the look though. I do not like its comfort and ease of use.
