TUMI19 Degree Lite Extended Trip Packing Case

Extremely poor quality and Tumi will not stand behind their product. I bought 2 of these suitcases. Each suitcase has 2 handles. All handles broke. That's 4 out of 4 broken handles. Definitely not a fluke with every single one of them snapping in half. When I reached out to Tumi, they told me that the handles are no longer available and, as a result, they will not be able to repair or replace the suitcase. My only option would be to send it in so they can determine a trade in value to spend toward a new Tumi product. Why would I bother to spend more money with Tumi when they refuse to stand behind the product I already own and when the product quality is so poor? I have other much lower priced suitcases that come with a real lifetime warranty, the company stands behind their products, and they are equally good looking. Don't waste your money on Tumi products!

I bought my extended travel 4 wheeled tumi to take on a 3 week trip to Europe. It is perfect! The case fit all of my clothes and shoes with room to spare. I love the two large sides with a zippered cover. My clothes were held securely together. I took a lot of clothes, but this case could have held a couple of extra pieces. The case is beautiful and very a very hardy exterior. This case rolls so easily through airports and hotels. It is just a great travel piece!
