Beautiful foundation but lacking key components

Love the look and the sound of this fountain. However, the suction cups didn't adhere to the bottom of the fountain so I'm using med size rocks to anchor it. Also, as was mentioned by previous purchasers the tube is too short. Reached out to CS and they have a backlog for the pump until October and they could not provide dimensions for the tube so I'll have to take it to a store to get the correct size and one at the appropriate length (I'm thinking 8"). If these things were rectified I'd give it a 5 for sure.

Gorgeous fountain!

I am so glad I bought this fountain! It is gorgeous and it gives me so much joy. I have it located on a corner of my covered patio so it is somewhat protected by the elements. The pump is definitely powerful enough; the water circulates as promised. It is easily assembled and enhances my backyard ambience. I feel like my space is so much more special now that I have this fountain.

Love the size of this fountain. It's bigger then I expected. Easy to put together. I painted the lionheads gold to make them stand out more.

This fountain is a beautiful addition to my garden and it exceeds my expectations. It was easy to assemble and is light weight enough that I won't hesitate to move it if I need to. Great value and worth every penny spent.

Birthday gift!

Very nice water feature. Easy to put together. The lions water flow is good, but the ball on top water flow stops within a half hour of it flowing. We've tried cleaning the pump in take, made sure the fixture is balanced, plenty of water in the fixture. Reading reviews I noticed the same problem with other customers fixtures. Any advice to fix this would be great! Otherwise, so far it is a lovely water feature.

A real pleasure

This fountain came in two boxes. The four components stack and or lock. This part was easy. Buy yourself a 24"x24" porcelain or stone square paver as a base for stability - especially if the ground is partly soft or soil. The only disappointment is the very poor "pump to fountain hose" connection. It is WAY too short and too narrow. It kept popping off. When you own an outdoor fountain, you have to clean it frequently and you have to be able to get to the pump without a lot of fuss. The connector tube needs to be about 8" long?..not 3". I am dreading the first clogged pump situation. This could have been a much better design.
