Misguiding and defective Item

I purchased this earing around the end of August 2024 and wore few times. Unfortunately, the hook became loose and one earing came off my ear and I lost one earing. The hooks part is unsteady. Macy is not comprising any after services of the purchase regarding the defected earrings after 30 days of purchase. I recommend not to buy this item unless you end up to loose one side of earrings.
